AACE Foods Processing & Distribution Ltd. (AACE Foods) is an indigenous Nigerian company which was established in November 2009 and located in Sango Ota, Ogun State. The company processes, packages and distributes nutritious and tasty food made from the best of West Africa's vegetables, herbs and Cereals. Its product line consists of spices, spreads and complementary food that excite and satisfy individuals and families. AACE Foods Processing and Distribution Company is expanding and hiring for the following position of Account/Admin Manager.

The Account/Admin Manager is expected to have at least 5 years experience and expected to Prepare and enter appropriate and comprehensive journal entries into accounting software tools in addition to the following duties.

• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly financial statements and reports for the directors
• Engage in the annual audit process
• Work with the management team to develop and improve forecasting, budgeting and planning and financial analyses processes
• Prepare product cost accounting, product price development, and inventory management and control
• Maintain and account for petty-cash, including handling, reconciliation and reporting
• Manage the smooth functioning of the office support systems including negotiations with suppliers, vendors and other service providers in the most cost effective manner and instituting contracts for all transactions
• Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with financial, human resources and administrative policies and procedures
• Track customer sales, payments and outstandings on a weekly and monthly basis
• Track supplier payments and fulfilment of supplier obligations on a weekly and monthly basis
• Support raw material purchases, as required
• Monitor the in and out flow of office supplies, equipment and raw materials
• Support the delivery of customer orders and the purchase of raw materials
• Monitor, track and ensure compliance of all contracts and projects
• Assist Management in other areas related to ensuring the success of AACE Foods
