I have a friend with the following dilema: He graduated from the University of Maiduguri a few years back and was not eligible to serve (age reasons). After leaving the town because of the insurgency, he has not been able to follow-up on obtaining an exemption for the NYSC. Now he is finding it dificult to land a good job for lack of this certfcate. Question: How does he go about obtaining (legitimately) an NYSC exemption certificate? Thank you guys for your anticipated, helpful replies. |
