The 12th of December, 2008 was another day corruption showed its ugly face again in this country, the supreme court upheld the verdict of the Presidential Election Tribunal saying that President Ya'radua was the winner of the 2007 presidential election. I am not saying hear that the president may not be good, but the process that brought him into power is the bone of contention hear, i thought dat all d justice's would b bold enough 2 annull d election if not 4 anything at least 4 d fact that INEC failed 2 follow the guildlines set out for them in the electoral act of 2006 which says dat the ballot papers MUST b numbered SERIALLY, , but on a second thought, they are occupying a public position. Only one of them requested that it should be annulled. What do u think about Occupying Public Position? Do you think it gives good people the room to be truthful or to say their mind?
