LRNZH:Just read it,Buhari is a honest and competent man,and rewards honesty.Also remember Mohammed Buhari gave Dora Akunyili a commendation letter for returning money to the PTF, since she did not undergo a surgery she was scheduled for abroad and that is something really rare to do because Nigerians have devised ways and means not to return such monies back to the National treasury. It was this recommendation letter from Buhari that Obasanjo used to appoint her head of NAFDAC. |
