I am a USA permanent resident planning to visit Naija, this new year..I lost my passport here in the USA....anybody with info on how i could travel back home to naija to spend time with my family....or do i have to go to Washington DC or Atlanta for a new Nigerian Passport? I can always do a new passport when i get to nigeria but was kind of confused if i would be allowed to travel with on PR card.....
