I downloaded genymotion and added google nexus virtual device, but when i tried opening it, it's either it's talking about "ip adress not appointed by virtual vm" or it will open and display a white device, please how do i fix this issue??

if i try opening with virtual box vm, its shows that i should set to 32bitsm and i don't know how, how should i do this??
