After the issues between OnePlus and their software partner Cyanogen were experiencing difficulties lately. If you don’t remember, OnePlus found out that they couldn't ship the OnePlus One to India running Cyanogen’s software, the reason was because of an exclusive deal between Cyanogen and Micromax. Then to clarify, Cyanogen released a statement telling saying this wasn't the case. If that’s not enough, a few weeks later, the OnePlus One was completely banned in India, thanks to that deal with Cyanogen and Micromax. Numismatic: Being the best is different from keeping to agreements. Its about time Oneplus stepped out of the comfort zone and work towards developing their ROM. I will enjoy the CM11s until a stable Android Lollipop ROM is released. |
