Both are indigenous Nigerian Music Stations available on DStV. HipTV for me has better programme content and I prefer it.

HipTV is the main thing now, they are so full of ideas! Soundcity is almost dead! HipTV has made it so boring to watch!

That's true! I remember when they were showing Peter Okoye's wedding live! The camera quality was sooooo baaadddddd!

Soundcity knows the competition is killing them. That's why play lots of sexually provocative videos. They're gradually turning to a soft porn channel.

I always prefer sound city just on fridays cos of Dj shabzy's party mix.but hip tv is more interesting cos of their programes.
