starlingbawa: Amen to your prayers But, the slump will adversely affect the public sectors most since oil is the major revenue for the government and with this downtown..... Meaning less money for the recurrent expenditures. There by there will have to be down sizing in the public sectors to cope with this harsh conditions.... 1 Like |
