MEND Backs Buhari For Presidency by bappahman: 3:30pm On Jan 06, 2015
The presidential candidate of the All
Progressives’ Congress (APC), Gen. Muhammadu
Buhari (rtd), on Tuesday gained an unusual
support as the main agitating militant group in
the Niger Delta, the Movement for the
Emancipation of the Niger Delta (MEND),
pledged its total support for the former military
ruler.
MEND, in a lengthy press statement circulated
through email by its spokesperson, Jomo
Gbomo, anchored its decision on the need to
deliver Nigeria, especially the Niger Delta region,
from the crunching effects of corruption.
It also lamented the unconcerned attitude of the
President Goodluck Jonathan’s administration at
the unrelenting degradation of the Niger Delta
environment, taking a hard stance on the
increasing level of oil theft in the region.
President Jonathan, according to MEND, does
not deserve a second more in the Presidency.
The group also commended Buhari for
proposing to scrap the office of the First Lady,
which it considered to be a drain on the nation’s
resources and a conduit through which corrupt
government officials stole across all levels of
government.
It said, “The Movement for the Emancipation of
the Niger Delta (MEND) has, upon careful
consideration of the state of the nation,
endorses and fully supports the presidential
candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC),
Gen. Mohammadu Buhari.
“Our decision to throw our full support on Gen.
Mohammadu Buhari stems from the pathetic
state in which the country has been put by the
government of Goodluck Jonathan and our
strong believe in Buhari as the man and change
the country needs.
“President Goodluck Jonathan does not deserve
a second more in the Presidency as soon as his
tenure expires as he has continuously and
blatantly disregarded the very people who voted
him into office.
“A President that told Nigerian to their faces that
he does not ‘give a damn’ when asked to declare
his assets. A requirement that is constitutional
on assuming the office of the President.
“President Jonathan, since assuming his office,
has setup countless committees, whose reports
have never been implemented. From the Nuhu
Ribadu report to the KPMG and fuel subsidy
reports, just to mention a few.
“How can Nigerians expect a highly corrupt
person like Goodluck Jonathan to fight
corruption when he believes that stealing is not
corruption, as he shamelessly told the Nation?
“He has proven beyond all reasonable doubt, his
inability to tackle corruption or prosecute a
single government official in his six years in
office.
“MEND finds it laughable the recent statement
by Goodluck Jonathan on his government’s plan
to fight corruption. This statement not only
smacks of ignorance of the highest order, but
also shows just how stupid he thinks Nigerians
are. A president that had six years to tackle the
problem but chose to shield corrupt government
officials, joined in the looting of our resources
and now has the temerity to say his government
has a plan to fight corruption. This is a big slap in
the face of every single Nigerian!
“We re-state our disregard and lack of
confidence in President Goodluck Jonathan.
Rather than address the perennial issues in the
country responsible for his administrations
failures, he is concentrating government funds in
a campaign of misinformation intended to
hoodwink Nigerians who, unfortunately for him,
are now wiser and smarter than he is.
“Goodluck Jonathan’s actions, utterances and
arrogance prove that he is totally disconnected
with the situation facing the ordinary Nigerian
and completely out of touch with reality.”

If this news is anything to go by, then God is at work for #GMB's presidency. Where are the #GEJ till 2019 fellaz.

This is 100% true!!! PDP are going to lose the next election! MEND knows that Buhari also has an Isoko mother and his full name is actually Muhammadu Odimegwu Uwadiegwu Fregene Festus Adekunle Rotimi Wilfred Callistus Douye Buharimma and he spent his childhood in Ugwashi Ukwu in Delta state

They also know that Buhari is also a God-fearing Anglican Christian who heroically saved 50,000 children on his own during the Niger Delta militancy cry using his Flying Fulani Cow turboprop aircraft which flew daring rescue sorties into militant territory while dodging antiaircraft nuclear Nigerian Navy missiles. shocked shocked shocked On one of these missions, his Flying Fulani Cow was shot down over Agbor shocked shocked cry but he managed to deploy his inbuilt babanriga parachute cheesy and he floated down dressed in his regal white babanriga like a white angel coming down to bless the cheering primitive black Niger Deltan natives embarassed kiss. Upon hitting the ground, Tompolo and Asari Dokubo immediately surrendered their weapons and agreed to end all militant activities as long as he could convince the Nigerian military to do the same. Buharimma walked for 30 days and 30 nights without food or water until he got to the Nigerian line where the awestruck Nigerian soldiers formed a guard of honour for him as he walked to the commanding officer and convinced him to cease all hostilities. And that was how the Niger Delta militancy ended.

Muhammadu Odimegwu Uwadiegwu Chukwuma Festus Adekunle Rotimi Wilfred Callistus Douye Buharimma. What a man! cry cry cry

**In my next installment, I will bring you the story of how a well respected German historian Gerhart Furmeister credited Muhammadu Festus Buharimma with single handedly ending World War II and killing Adolf Hitler. Subsequently we will hear about how he assisted Jesus Christ in the creation of the earth and how he will end Global Warming.

Stay tuned to the Buhari Cult Channel.

This Buhari Movement is becoming an unstoppable force.

I suspect these militants remember the sincerity of Yar'adua amnesty program vs. the legalisation of oil bunkering through a few benefeciary militants like Tompolo etc.under GEJ.

GMB appeciates their support in trying to help build a solid one Nigeria.
Another election sad news for GEJ. Ohanaeze, do not disappoint. Learn from the trend....

Another proof that GEJ's 6 years in power benefited only very few elites both in the South and in the North.

GMB 2015 On Course.

The Nation newspaper, owned by Bola Ahmed Tinubu received a "press release" from "Jomo Gbomo" (the one inside their newsroom) eekwa? grin grin grin grin grin grin grin OK o, me too I am Jomo Gbomo. Let me write my own press release to Leadership and Punch. grin grin grin

Anyone who believes this news is as "brilliant" as Buhari himself.

But what am I saying sef, doesn't Buhari have an IQ of 325 and 6 Nobel prizes?

Good. Let Asari, Tompolo and their goons get a bone to gnaw on. This is right along their alley.

I love the way the Buhari momentum keeps building up against all odds. Soon Jonathan would have no one else standing beside him than Mamma Peace and her surrogate son, Wike.

I keep wondering what headlines folks like Okupe would have been giving us today had they not decided to break bread with the devil....

All eyes are opening. Though I expect this press release by mend to b denied soon by another faction, just as it happened with the 'door to door' release, its only extreme sycophants of gej that wud still be believing he wud win.
Am even expecting to see d likes of tompolo and asari dokubo renouncing their support for gej b4 Feb 14 as the outcome of the election becomes clearer. These men are not as foolish and shortsighted as some people think, once they know their oil interests wud b in jeopardy still clinging to a sinking ship, they wud dump gej and throw their nets into GMB camp before its too late.

The handwriting is on the wall and interest groups are lining up with the winner.

Ever wonder why Dangote has not issued a statement of unequivocal support for GEJ's 3rd term?

Tompolo will soon declare his own support in an attempt to keep his contract past 2015.

2015: Fulani Cattle Farmers Endorse Jonathan For 2nd Term
http://metropolexpress.com/index.php/politics/item/4259-2015-fulani-cattle-farmers-endorse-jonathan-for-2nd-term
Cattle farmers in Nigeria operating under the Miyetti Allah Kautal Hore Socio-cultural Association on Tuesday canvassed for support for President Goodluck Jonathan in the run-up to the 2015 election.
The pastoralists made their position known when they paid a visit to the Special Adviser to the President on Political Affairs, Rufai Alkali, in Abuja Tuesday.
Speaking on behalf of the group, its the national secretary, Saleh Hassan, said his members are also ready to support the government in bringing peace between the cattle breeders and farmers across the country.
“We are willing to partner with the government in the transformation agenda, especially in the area of agriculture,” Mr. Hassan said.
The group denied being behind most of the deadly clashes with farmers in several states, and expressed appreciation to the president for appointing Mr. Alkali as his political adviser saying the presidential aide is one of their own.
“This government is our own. You are one of us and we are not shy to openly identify with one who has excelled in service to this country,” the group said.
Mr. Alkali expressed appreciation to the group for its support for the Jonathan administration.
“The message of what they have said is that this is solidarity visit to President Goodluck Jonathan. They have said it very clearly both in Hausa, Fulfude and English that they have come here to identify openly and clearly with what the government of this country under our President is doing for all Nigerians,” he told journalists.
“They have also said that whatever they say comes from the heart and not from the head, whatever they say they mean it.
“For those of us who know the wide network that this association has across the country and indeed across West Africa and the way and manner their messages move very fast, when they take a decision to implement it is just a matter of minutes.
“They said that Mr. President is doing well and that he should be supported, assisted and encouraged in every way possible,” he continued.
“From what they have said they have pleaded that they should be understood properly, that the popular misconception that the Fulani are looking for trouble that they are not doing that.”
“My understanding is that there must have been a breakdown in communication between the two otherwise brothers, the farmer and the cattle rearers,” he said.
While thanking them for promising to vote for President Jonathan in 2015, Mr. Alkali also appealed to them to support all Peoples Democratic Party candidates next year at all levels as the president will need them to work in the National Assembly and at the state level.
He advised them to obtain their permanent voters card which is the ammunition they will use in supporting for the Jonathan administration in 2015
