If the iPad is jailbroken, download whatspad from Cydia.

Doing this isn't exactly difficult, becomes a lot easier if your ipad is jailbroken. SOOOO, do you want a tutorial on how to do it yourself or do you want someone to help you do it? If the latter is your option then you should know you have to be in Lagos.
