My advice Buy domain and hosting I think smartweb does 2000 Per year.
Use open source software Like joomla or wordpress or to design your website.
Advertise your product and services on your website.
Get customers by visiting directory listing and listing your business.
Post your business with your website on places like nairaland and forums and use other channels like social media.
Keep selling and advertising till you get your first client.
