Hello house. I have always been an observer on this forum. I have read many posts and adverts About farming and I have learnt a lot here.
Now me and my colleagues are looking for 100 hectares of land in any of the south west state. We want the land to be motorable and in a place where labour is cheap and readily available. Recommendations from experienced farmers will be appreciated.

100 hectares is 250 acres, if its for farming and where labour is relatively cheap. Owode-Idi iroko axis will be better, you will get enough workforce from Benin republic. Acres ranges from 120-200k depending on the proximity to the express. Call 08125288030

the only region where you can get acres of Land for 60-80k will be Ol Oyo to Ibarapa and some part of Kwara state( Eruwa,Kisi ,Igbeti Igboora,Lanlate etc)

200 acres available at Akufo, after Apete, Ibadan Oyo state.
Asking price is 150k per acre but if the buyer is very serious, the seller wld come down reasonably. All is subject to one on one negotiation.

You can call Mr Segun of Hulk Farms on 0814 045 5516. The farm is located in Ibadan and they have a system that source for labour and generally help you set up and manage the farm if you are the busy type.
