@Op, nice one! But your no 7 contradicts the popular belief that skipping breakfast causes memory loss and possibly brain damage. I've come across so many articles that advise against skipping breakfast on this section.

Fasting is indeed beneficial to the body. Since i began fasting on the first day of this month, i have shed some weight and my body feels rejuvenated but the only downside for me is that my muscles has shrank abit due to the reduced intake in calories and also the reduction in my work-out sessions. I am looking more mean and lean.

fasting plus living upright= growth in the spiritual. U might decree somthing & it will come to fulfillment(though Purity matters a lot). Avoid sins like masturbation,sex,fornication,greed,envy,alchohol,overeating,lie. Just try & be holy then fasting will work for you.
