A senatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for Ogun East, Prince Dapo Abiodun, has disclosed that arrangement has been made to equip all party agents in all the 1130 polling units in the senatorial district as well as party coordinators with telephone handsets during the coming general
elections.

He disclosed this weekend at a meeting with the leadership of the party at Ode in Ikenne Local Government Area of the state. The senatorial candidate explained that the communication facilities would assist the agents to monitor the elections in their respective areas and inform the party secretariat about the happenings on the spot.

According to Abiodun, this is part of strategies being put in place to check any form of electoral fraud that any party or individuals may plan to perpetrate during the polls, adding that the measure would also enhance the party’s efforts to collate its result at each polling booth to checkmate any attempt to falsify or doctor the actual results.

He revealed that there would be certain special numbers that would be given to the party agents
and coordinators through which they would communicate with the team in charge of monitoring and collation of election results.

“We are going to equip our party agents in all the 1130 polling booths in Ogun East Senatorial District as well as all party coordinators to be able to communicate with the leadership of the party and
the party team that would be monitoring and collating the election results.

“We are doing this so that the peoples’ votes would
not be undermined by those who want to force
themselves on the people and undermine the
electoral process,” Prince Abiodun said. He,
however, charged the people of the state to go out
en masse on the election day and vote for him and
all APC candidates from the presidential,
governorship and down to the state assembly
assuring them that the election would be given a
hi-tech attention to forestall any plan to rig so
that their votes would count.

2015: DSS Bursts APC Plans To Rig, Confiscates Cloned PVC Cards

The Department for State Security Services (DSS) on Wednesday

displayed cloned Permanent Voters Card (PVC) allegedly produced by the All
Progressive Congress (APC) in readiness to rig the the February 2015
elections.

The APC was also said to have clandestinely registered under aged voters,
babies, infants and even security operatives as well as foreigners as its
members at a building in no 10, Bola Ajibola street, Ikeja, Lagos state.

At a press briefing, spokesperson of the DSS, Marilyn Ogar said
that all arrested suspects have been chaged to court while investigation
is still ongoing to get to the root of the matter and bring all culprits
to book.
“A building located at No. 10, Bola Ajibola Street, Ikeja, Lagos, was
being used for cloning of INEC Permanent Voters Card (PVC) by some
unscrupulous persons with intent to hack into INEC database, corrupt it
and replace same with their own data;

They are all jokers! The fear of Febuhari 14 is the cause is trolling garbage

This will only work if the party agents are not sellouts. I fear that some of the party agents may compromise. I have witnessed this before in Bayelsa.

the rougly 35,000 polling units agents in the SS / SE need this , the two regions are the most vulnerable.

Facts emerged that most of the agents are using low grade phones. So they need something like Android phones or BB. Anything given to them is permanent gift. Not only phone but with motivations...
