Our Client is based in the Western Region of Nigeria, urgently requires the services of either a Nigerian as Production Manager to handle the production of its Fruit Juice production line.
Job Title: Production Manager
Main Purpose
• To manage Fruit Juice production to meet market standards on the safest and hygienic condition on daily basis.
Major Responsibilities:
• Setting up the daily, monthly and yearly production plan based on sales actual requirements.
• Develop, implement and monitor various control systems where applicable.
• Supervise all production stages, starting from raw materials to the finished product with Good manufacturing practices and operate the whole process within defined safety & quality standards.
• Control manpower & provide resources efficiently to achieve production targets & to motivate the work forces to meet future challenges by managing budgeted number of manpower & Cost per unit.
• Responsible for cost control by controlling & minimizing wastage of raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials & consumables etc.
• Training on an ongoing basis of production people on identified needs with proper record keeping, evaluate employees and make recommendations.
• Monitor Plant and Machinery problems, Breakdowns and inform maintenance department immediately to solve the issue.
Skills
• Minimum 3-8 years experience in Juice production plant as Manager
• Experience in research and development of new products based on market demands.
• Well enlightened with ISO standards.
• Good operating knowledge of UHT.
• Excellent computer skills.
Education
• A good degree in Food Technology/ Industrial Chemistry/Chemical Engineering.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

-Manage the administrative files of the staff with confidentiality and according to Chivanfoods Internal Regulation
Assist the Field Administrator with contracts, leaves or any other HR request;
-Calculate accurately the payroll monthly for Chizvanfoods staffs;
-Manage, register and archive the accounting of the mission according to Chizvanfoods protocols as well as the budget;
-Process the payment of suppliers after verification and approval from the Field Administrator in collaboration with Logistics Department.
