Where is the owner moving to? Do they not allow dogs there? A Lhasa Apso being an indoor dog should be able to move with the owner.

The stress of having to move,and his busy schedule is the reason he wants it sold..I do come around to take care of him,but due to the proximity of the new area he's moving into,it will be almost impossible,so he told me to get a buyer..
