It's a factory error. The vin carries 09 but year of production is october 2010 according to the information provided. And yes,it's not xle from factory but that's how owner bought it.

i disagree. even when you run it online it says 2009, so where is your october 2010 coming from and why is the 09 the error and not the 2010?

The production date on the panel plate is 10/10. That's oct 2010.
