Terms You Should Know

These are the categories now used on our website to mark types of car damage:

1. Run&Drive (green circle): condition code that means the vehicle is in running condition, can be started and driven.

2. Non-Drivable (red circle): condition code that means the vehicle is considered inoperable and is in non running condition.

3. Non-Defined (grey circle): condition code that is assigned to vehicles which condition has not been specified by the selling party. Condition details should be checked individually upon buyer's request.

4. Engine starts (blue circle): condition code that means that the vehicle starts and run at idle, and there's no guarantee that the vehicle's fully drivable.

Why do we require a deposit?

Initial deposit will help us to reserve the vehicle of your choice for you. It gives us assurance that your intentions to buy a car with our company are serious.

The minimum deposit is $600 or 10% from the purchase price is required. For example if you wish to place a bid or submit A “Buy Now” offer for $10,000 you will need to have $1,000 deposit on your account. Your Deposit will be used towards your purchase. All deposits are refundable.

Do I pay before or after delivery?

According to our standard payment procedure, you need to pay before delivery. Live on the phone bidding

If you submit a live on the phone request you will receive an email with an approximate time of the sale and will be contacted by one of our sales representatives 5 minutes before the bidding starts. During the live sale our sales representative will tell you the current bid amounts and you will tell him whether to bid or stop. This gives the advantage of bidding even when you are away from the computer. The sale is very quick with approximately 3 seconds between bids.

How to buy?

Step 1 – registration

Step 2 – crediting your AuctionExport profile with the minimum initial deposit.
Your balance should be not less than $600. This money will be part of the full payment if you buy. If you don't buy, you can take it back from your profile at any time.

Step 3 – choosing your car.

Step 4 – finalizing your purchase.
Once your car has been reserved for you, you get the invoice which will include the car's price, shipping and other charges. We must receive the difference between the invoice and your deposit within 3 days.

Step 5 – paying outstanding balance for the car.

Step 6 – picking up your car at the port in your country in 45-60 days.

We arrange the inland delivery and then the ocean shipping from the car's place to your country.
