BED UNDEFILED!
Marriage is honourable with bed undefiled!
It is rewardable with Christ glorified!
But,
What is the honour in marriage
When the two had defiled the bed and proved unfaithful even
before the holy pledge?
What is holy in the matrimony
when it's simply a word of irony?
The white garment, where is the beauty
When the wearer walked not in purity?
What is the need of the petals and flower
When the real has been broken and trampled upon over and
over?
What is the honey in the moon, (it's just a make-believe)
when the two
had already been to the sun
before the wedding eve?
Where then is the fun?
What is the joy
when the two
had already been secretly joined
on the fleshly altar of pleasure?
The precious pearl has been taken away, what is left to be
greatly treasured?
Why the outside face covering? It is hypocrisy at its peak
here,
Since inside, the whole had been stripped bare
Shame to you groom!
You lured her into the room
You have shown unfaithfulness, and that instead of truth,
you love falsehood!
What should have been a glory, you've turned into a doom!
Bed defiled!
Conscience dying inside!
Shame to you bride!
You cheaply laid down your pride
Why did you not yourself hide
Till he has fulfilled all the holy rights?
You could not wait to fall into his arms
You ran faster than divine plans
That is a terrible thing!
Unbearable because you ought to be the bride of a king
Not a fornicator...a slave of his fleshly passion
Not an abuser...a wild dog controlled by his Attention!
You deserve the best, sweet lady
You need not a purposeless man who is loud and lazy!
You need a man whose life has a meaning
A man who makes the most of his living
A man of purpose won't rush you to bed
But would make sure your Pride price is paid
He would wait till the union be joined at the altar
To secure God's Presence would be the main matter
He would add more fire to your kingdom vision and not to
have it down-watered!
He will be a builder, a father, a teacher, his acts of wisdom
and indepth of knowledge would be like signs and wonders
Before walking down that altar to say I do
Check again his kind of groom
Is he really a groom?
That is, a tender nourisher for the best of you
Is he really a groom?
...a patient care-taker, is he God's choice for you?
Remember, God's choice doesn't break us
Rather, through it we are made, and drawn closer to Jesus!
Are you closer to Jesus in your relationship
Or your would-be draws you away from Him in fellowship
Is he really a groom?
That spells doom!
Bed undefiled
Relationship with Christ still truly intimate
Heart and spirit still purified
Pure motives and good intents
Good conscience and great testimony
Joy and peace inside whether it be down the valley or up the
hill
A humble and indeed holy matrimony
These are all for us God's amazing plan and will!
A relationship that weakens your relationship with Jesus
does you more harm than good
Is he really a groom?
A relationship that keeps you from giving God a quality time
and as a result leaves your soul dry
Is she really a bride?
