RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Confirms project requirements by reviewing program objective, input data,and output requirements with analyst, supervisor, and client.

• Arranges project requirements in programming sequence by analyzingrequirements; preparing a work flow chart and diagram using knowledge ofcomputer capabilities, subject matter, programming language, and logic.

• Encodes project requirements by converting work flow information intocomputer language.

• Responsibilities include but are not restricted to the above mentioned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• B.Sc degree or HND in any discipline Minimum of Second Class lower.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to develop excellent working relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
