Procedures:

First of all, subscribe to any MTN Nigeria Blackberry plan of your choice by sending the below codes in an sms to 21600:

1. Visit http://www.your-freedom.net/index.php?id=170&L=0 and register a new account for yourself. Login to the email address you provided in the registration process to activate your account via the activation link sent to your email inbox.

2. Download the latest version of YOUR-FREEDOM client for your Android at http://www.your-freedom.net/index.php?id=3 (or search your Android Play Store for "Your-Freedom". It has red big key icon)
After a successful download and installation of YOUR-FREEDOM unto your device, open the installed application and configure it as follows:

For MTN Nigeria:
** Do not use proxy in your Access Point.

Open Your-Freedom and click on CONFIGURE then ACCOUNT INFORMATION and input the new Username and Password you just registered.
Then go back and click on SERVER CONNECTION and configure it like this:

OR you can as well replace the 20 with any of these numbers: 01, 02, 04, 06, 08, 11, 12, 13, 16, 19, 22, 23, 24, 27, 28.

Then scroll down:
Reconnection delay- 5000
Initial Post size- 150000
Minimum Post size- 10000000
FTP mode- both
SSL Protocol version- any

Now press your Back Button and click on PROXY SETTINGS.
Proxy Address: 10.199.212.2
Proxy Port: 8080

Then go back and click on MESSAGES Thick the box AUTO scrolling
Minimum Level: DEBUG

Go back to the main interface and from there Click on START CONNECTION. Now wait a little bit for the Your-freedom to get connected.
