Dear All,i need you candid opinion and advice on this.

I visited the US Embassy and was issued 2years tourist visa to attend a valid international gathering at NYC.but prior to my invitation i visited benin republic to get some visa stamps to enhance my US visa acquisition because my pport was virgin then,fortunately at benin republic i got someone who liaised with one of the transport company who further helped with Ghana stamps without me visiting.i travelled to NYC but at the 1st stop over at american airport i was interrogated and the border control police got to know that my ghana stamp was gotten without visit(he got hold of my fone and saw a conversation where i gave a friend link/price on who helped with the Gh stamp) .he denied me entry and returned me to lag without my passport accompany me(deliberate act,which he told me) with some years ban.Till moment i havent heard from the immigration prolly my passport has been returned.Now,i am confused on what to do.Candid opinion and advice needed.Y'all av a great week.

How can they give you two years visa to attend a gathering? Very unusual of US embassy, are you sure your visa was not fake.
What city was.your port of entry?
Were you fingerprinted.
Did they detain you or they just put you on the next flight back.

What do u need a Ghanaian stamp on your passport after you have gotten a USA visa and I am yet to come to terms on how the immigration officer got hold of your phone and your texts. Your story serves as a lesson to those who are always seeking for a short cut to due process. Sorry because you have been officially banned from coming to the usa.

Sometimes at the point of entry your belongings may be searched and they will ask you questions about whatever the find on my. In 2010 I was searched at Denver Airport and the officer wanted to know where I got the cash in my wallet from as well as the reasons why I had documents that said I had a stone at the Emirates Stadium. Even up to asking me to explain what the church reading material was doing in my possession.

Earlier this year on arrival at Philadelphia airport the officer asked for my itinerary and as I brought out a folder within which it was, he collected the entire folder and went through the contents even though there were other documents in it. Once you are there, they can search you and you must be prepared to explain whatever it is that you have in your possession and not implicate yourself.
