hi nairalanders i just want to give u a possible hint to areas that are likely to be developed infrastructurally in abuja . this may not always be the conclusive case butin a nutshell a good indication for investment decisions. take a look at the budget 2009 which is online, look at the capital and recurrent expenditure for abuja and it will give u an insite to what to expect. u can google it to get the required site for the budget 2009. (check BUDGET OFFICE 2009 in nigeria).
