They collected money from me for a service yet they have not delivered for over a year . All they do is sell land and collect people's money. They have not developed any single estate yet they are selling over 5 estates in Lekki. Haba!
If people pay for a land, give it to them. if they pay for survey, do the survey and give it to them.
They sell a land to you and collect money for survey. They wont do the survey instead they continue to trade with your money. Ask their GM... if you ever get to see him/ her why they have not done the survey for which they collected millions from people.
