I have a client who just moved to Abuja in october last year. He rented a nice one bedroom flat in sun city estate for N600 plus agency and all N90k. The rent will expiry in November this year but he wants to relocate to Ghana for a job he got. He wants to give out the house with everything in it for N500k.
