Actually it depends on the individual(Agent) You're dealing with and also the total amount Sir. But normally it's between 5-10% and very Negotiable.

For my company,we bill 5%below.

The surveyor fees will also depend on the size of the plot in question. Try and get a reliable contact from the govt agency in charge of lands in Ibadan.
