My friend is the H.R of a company he is recruiting some network administrators, his company is a growing company, they are doing well in term of remuneration of staffs. He is asking for my help on the following:

He has 5 guys that are suitable for the positions the company have
This is their qualification(s) in part

Worker1.CCNA, three years work experience, Bsc in computer science in view (LASU part time)

Worker2.CCNA, CCNP (In view), three years work experience, Bsc in Bus Adm in view (UNILAG DLI)

Worker3.CCNA, Bsc in physics no work experience

Worker4.CCNA, CCNP (In view), one year work experience (He is seeking admission into LASU part-time program)

Worker5.CCNA, CCNP completed, six months work experience (Industrial Training)

Now the problem is, he wants to know how much this guys should be earning per month as a just pay such that he will not be overpaying or underpaying them for their services.

Also he want the names and address of some low profile but effective recruitment agency /consultant that will be handling recruitment for him henceforth.
