The issue at hand is both constitutional and legal.

1. Buhari is not above the constitutional requirement that states the minimum qualification to be a school cert. his quota system ends when it comes to being the president. If anything at all the minimum constitutional requirement of school cert was meant to at least have his ilk scale through.

2. Buhari lied on oath so that makes this a criminal case now since he stated in his affidavit that the military has his certificates but the covering letter from the military has stated that it was the practice of the military to keep photocopies of the successful candidates as from 1980 and not during the 60's when he applied.
