The company is trying to position the operations of its Money Lending outfit in Lagos office for better efficiency, improved coordination and ultimately, profitability. To achieve this, the company is looking to fill the under-listed position within its organisation structure:

Core functions for this position are:

• Analyze and evaluate potential for new product and program offerings.
• Review of current products, including structure, pricing and risk levels.
• Prepare new product plans, business cases and market opportunity analysis.
• Identify profitable branch locations.
• Research and identify new customer segments.
• Develop tools and implement metrics and benchmarks to analyze product success and provide reports to management

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar field.
• Must have at least 2 years financial experience.
• Professional Accreditation or a Master's degree in marketing or business will be an added advantage.

Person Specifications
• A positive and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities
• Ability to conceptualize new ideas, research the new ideas, and evaluate them objectively from a market and financial standpoint.
• Ability to position and differentiate products for maximum profitability.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to multitask.
