EHS Major Support Activities and Risk Assessment
Duties
• Support activities to Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) team and technical guidance to operations following policies and procedures during installation and service of equipment for personnel and subcontractors at customer sites
• Prepare/review EHS Risk Assessment/JSA of personnel’s activities at Customer site on the basis of each job tasks and keep it to date with task change or adds
• Support customer programs during pre-outage phase and during outage at Customer Site
• Developing and implementing EHS programs at Customer site
• Support site Manager and site team to ensure compliance with any EHS laws and regulations applicable at Customer site
• Investigate and complete RCA in case of injury/accident/Near Miss at Customer site with a final report to be provide to EHS team and Site Manager
• Support activities in case of external EHS audit on site
• Being responsible of all EHS documents record keeping on site which shall be available for any audits/inspections internal and external
• Assist/coordinate Team in obtaining permit to work and LOTO appliance
• Provide site induction to contractors employees for the site
• Provide periodical Tool Box Talk to Team and participate to EHS meetings organised by customer
• Provide daily/weekly report as required by EHS team, including EHS statistics and compliance status
• Provide a final report of the activities carried out and lesson learned
