On the 24 of November last year I made and order trough cvm and I used normal shipping. Ordinarily it should have arrived in 2 weeks but before the time came, the issue of naco came up and they kept asking me to be patient which I did. After I got news that the naco issue had been resolved I gave them a call and the agent I spoke with asked me to call the agent in Alaba, that my item was with them. I called him and he said he did not receive anything like that. Latter I called Victor who is based in China, he asked for my detail. Below I our whatsapp conversation on the 24 of December

This is how this issue has been dragging for weeks until finally they stopped taking my calls or even reply my messages. I had explained to them that I got this item for someone.
