Hello, pls I need advice on how to control the websites, time of browsing, who to browse what etc on my office internet. Anyone who has an effective way should pls share.

A Mikrotik router setup will help you take care of that problem. With the Mikrotik Hotspot management software you will be able to assign username and password for everyone, and also be able to monitor their data usage.

You can do this with ANY router: log on to your admin plane and check for the rules creation tab. You can then block certain traffic at certain times. Also best you create a written policy to guide this so as not to become public enemy no.1.
