Being gainfully employed goes beyond the take home pay at the end of the month. Opportunities for personal development and growth, a conducive working environment, quality health care plans for employees, job satisfaction are some of the indices to look out for when considering whether one is gainfully employed or not. @ op,the mere mention of figures like 80k or 150k lacks substance. What's the condition of service like in the organization? |
