What Does It Take To Be An ISP?

Hi,
What does it take to start running internet businness around a neighbourhood? Like the equipments and also cash? Anyone, help out.

You need to get a link up that can provide you with equipment from overseas. These will usually be second hand pcs dumped by the government. People can purchase them for cheap. About the cash, maybe you can hook up with a few friends who can invest with you. i do not know how much it costs but most people start on a small scale then build up.
