Sheesh! Easy, easy.

1) Log-in to your account again and check that the debit is still there.
2) If yes, then check what the the narration says for the debit for the amount.
3) If it looks suspicious or unauthorised by you, call your account officer if you have the officer's mobile telephone number.
4) If 3)'s not applicable, check if you have the mobile phone number for any GTBank member of staff; if you do, then do call the peron to explain the situation.
5) It's already the 26th, but of this transaction isn't authorised, then there couldn't be any limit/restraint to sorting it; could you report to this page the position of things?

If unauthorised, this is very bad, and it'll be top priority.

If it's a case of fraud and the bank is unwilling to cooperate, go to the Police Special Anti-Fraud & Other Financial Malpractice Unit at Ikoyi to report.

1) Whcih GTBank branch is your primary branch?
2) Do you have an account officer?
3) Do you have access to online banking?
4) What is the exact narration of the debits to your account?

You couls ask a million questions, but it's only the questions relevant to your case that do matter.
