My Client, one of the top 5 marketing communications and advertising agencies in Nigeria requires the services of an HR Manager and a Special Assistant to the GMD/CEO urgently, please send your resume and cover letter to ooni.provenability@gmail.com using the vacant position as the subject of the mail if you have the cognate experience and the requirements below HR Manager Job Description • To provide support in the strategic management of the organization's human capital • Advise Management on the manpower/headcount implications of the business strategy as well as best suited methods for addressing manpower needs • Plan and implement the end-to-end employee recruitment and selection process in line with the laid down company policies and procedures • Assist in the Company New Hire Induction programme, ensuring seamless and successful implementation. • Manage Company employee verification (credential and reference etc verification) and ensure the accuracy and correctness of information contained in staff records and files. • Organize and coordinate the company's Knowledge Sharing initiative as part of a larger competency development and gap bridging programme • Liaise and negotiate with vendors and contractors on matters relating to function • Liaise with Line Supervisors in identifying employee training needs from the results of formal competency assessment exercises. • Responsible for collating and preparing the annual training plan/calendar and securing approval for its implementation. The Person: -Graduate of social sciences or arts -Male -Minimum 7 years experience especially in medium sized organisations or international coys -Member of professional associations especially CIPM is a must -Must be debonair and cosmopolitan -Very strong interpersonal skills -Team player Special Assistant to GMD/CEO • Receives visitors to the Directors’ office as appropriate. • Manages the schedules to enhance effective time management and coordinates activities, prioritizes appointments and reschedules where necessary. • Manages, prioritizes, screens and monitors the Directors’ correspondence, including calls, emails, post, and fax to ensure they are dealt with appropriately. • Collects and researches information on assigned matters. • Works with internal and external contacts at all levels to fulfill the above duties. • Team player, inclusive and ability to build relationships The Person: - Graduate of Law, humanities ,arts or social sciences -Male /Female -Must be very proactive with strong initiative and sense of purpose -Proven organiser -Five years RELEVANT experience -Professional qualification is an advantage -Must be very presentable -Presentation arts and negotiation skills -Eye for details Salary is industry competitive.
