Job Title: New Centre Opening & Project Manager

Overall Job Objective:
To investigate and ensure selection of profitable cities and quality locations for citing of Regus centres in Nigeria; and assure maintenance of established centres in line with Regus quality standards.
Essential Duties:
1. Participate in strategic and operational process of identifying and assessing potentially profitable Regus locations.
2. Create a business development calendar to ensure that there is a routine and ongoing prospecting for profitable new locations with a target to identify a short list of locations in each year for Chief Operating Officer’s selection for build-out in following year.
3. Create project plans for each approved build-out showing milestones and deliverables including dates for progress reporting and submit to the C.O.O timely after approvals.
4. Develop, document, review, update and implement policies, procedures, systems, templates checklists, evaluation criteria and forms for carrying out city selection, site selection, site surveys, background checks on property owners, pre-lease procedures, HSE compliance checks, contract documentation, lease signing procedures and build-out procedures.
5. Will be responsible for directing and managing the development of new branches form beginning to end.
6. Will be responsible for ensuring construction (build-out) of new centres to meet the global standards and specifications of Regus.
7. Will be responsible for developing full scale project plans for each project with clearly defined project scope, goals and deliverables, and effectively communicating project expectations to project consultants, team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
8. Will be responsible for estimating resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
9. Will be responsible for ensuring prompt development and delivery of project reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentation to all relevant stakeholders
10. Will liaise with the centre manager to determine what is needed at each centre and convey that brief to the independent project consultant.
11. Will be responsible for ensuring that procurement and installation by independent consultant meets with Regus global standards and specification.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
BA/BSc Required, Msc/MBA not required but an added advantage.
Project Management certification, a plus.
A minimum of 3/4 years of Project Management experience.
Previously worked with a construction related organization.
Strong written/verbal communication skills.
Superior organizational skills focusing on details
Must thrive in fast paced environments with strong work ethic; analytical, creative and takes initiative and gets the job done.

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager

Overall Job Objective:
The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for working closely with the COO to develop, execute and measure marketing activities for Regus (Workplace Plus Limited) Nigeria. This role will have direct reports looking after the following areas: Inside sales, field sales (events), Brokers, Corporate Account sales e.t.c.
Responsibilities include Social Media campaigns, direct marketing, events, promotions, thought leadership content, sales tool development to market Regus services and drive high quality leads, as well as the management of Pivotal.
Essential Duties:
1. Ensure new centers are properly boarded within Regus systems, and ensure they have the appropriate level of sales and marketing support. Engage the field and provide new centre opening support.
2. Analyze sales reports and market feedback from internal and external sources to identify key issues, trends, opportunities and market share growth/decline for use in marketing and sales planning purposes.
3. Identify and deliver new, innovative ways to reach key target segments, including target analysis/ program development at a micro market level.
4. Develop effective Sales enablement tools, in-store point of sale, tradeshow and event programs
5. Develop and execute acquisition and retention programs, campaigns and promotions targeting key segments, analyze program effectiveness and optimize accordingly.
6. Ensure continuous delivery of customer services through oversight of sales enquiries in line with performance agreements.
7. Manage sales process from lead/enquiry development, schedule sales tours, marketing and selling of all product lines, negotiating and closing deals with prospective customers.
8. Create and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients that result in new business leads and maximize opportunities for expansions and renewals to enhance revenue stream.
9. Renew all existing client contracts achieving optimum rates in line with current pricing strategy.
10. Ensure all sales are in line with prevailing Regus discount policy.
11. Collaborate with field-based centre teams to provide customer service, accuracy, and quality in setting sales, marketing and profitability for each Centre.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
BA/BSc Required, Msc/MBA not required but an added advantage.
A minimum of 3/4 years of business to business sales experience, selling on the telephone and/or in a call centre environment with demonstrated success.
Experienced developing, coaching and managing a high-performing sales team in a competitive and result driven environment
Professional and clear communication skills coupled with the ability to network at high level and build strong business relationships.
Strong written/verbal communication skills.
Must thrive in fast paced environments with strong work ethic; analytical, creative and takes initiative and gets the job done.
