Anybody can do that, their using Arabic words does not make them a Muslim cos there are even many Arab Christians.
Their ways of thinking, body language and acts are not Islamic at all, they are against the scripture and are doing exactly opposite what the prophet of Islam did in his lifetime.

There were people of other religious believes during the era of the prophet and he didn't force anybody to join Islam.
