It looks like a SCAM to me. If truly this advert was genuine, then you would know that Nigerian PayPal accounts can't receive payments. So you're targeting those with a foreign Paypal & Amazon.com account so you can shop with their details abi? Just a question o. . .

This guy is a SCAMMER!!! I busted him using his double account GeneralJ! If you check his profile, you'll see he posted the same 'Job Offer' in July 2014 promising people $2 per review. . .
