hi guys.. im really dissappointed in INEC . I left my home like about 6:30am this morning and i got to the venue at 7am prompt. when i arrived, i met a list and i was number 147 and here i was thinking i was early.

i waited from the time i arrived till 12noon and INEC were no where to be found. The list that was written had already gotten to a thousand or so and today was supposed to be the beginning of the distribution oof 2014 pvcs.

Hundreds of 2011 pvcs have still not been given . i left home without eating . i dont think i will collect this card. am just tired..

Venue: Agidi Comprehensive High School, Alapere, Ketu, Lagos.
