I don't know if I agree with the "instant" part of this belly weight loss plan. In addition: This is what I find works per exercise science and personal experience; Spot targeting does not work well especially if have quite a bit of abdominal fat. Loosing abdominal fat successfully requires: aerobic exercise, strength/resistance and proper diet Here's the percentage breakdown aerobic exercise (1%) strength and resistance training (1%) proper diet (1%) will power/mind/persistence (97%) But, anyway, the point is; if you can get yourself (the MIND/WILL) to start and keep at it, that's half the battle. Glossary: Aerobic: running, jogging, skipping rope, jumping, cycling, swimming, Shawn T/PX90/HITT type stuff Strength and resistance: add weights, dumbbells, rubber bands, or weighted machines. Just lift something against resistance. Push yourself. If you lift it without grunting, it's not heavy enough. Proper diet: opt for high fiber foods: legumes, oats/brans, vegetables and the like, less carb dense stuff like rice, and that pounded yam thingy Nigerians love to eat with soup (I dunno ). Drink less sugary stuff, more water. Less red meat, more fish, nuts and fruits. I didn't say it is easy to have access to healthy foods, but try your best or at least limit the less healthy stuff that you can afford and then take the exercise part of it up a notch to balance it out. But, really good nutrition is the basis. Take home lesson: Do not spot reduce belly fat by engaging in mindless dieting and abdominal exercises, it can get really frustrating especially if you are not seeing result as fast as you'd like it. INSTEAD FOCUS on adopting health-ier lifestyle by exercising and eating right; the weight loss will eventually follow (it has no choice), and loosing fat comes off anywhere it can find it.
