Well, I guess I just have to be patient for some more weeks, because there are some states here with no/little votes, and that is very surprising. e.g. Cross-River, Ogun State, even Oyo! |

Lagos is on the lead. Internet access and awareness are becoming easier and better here. So many affordable service providers competiting and the New Edge, GPRS and 3G broadband everywhere. Well, many users across the country and abroad are yet to vote. |

Re: Nairaland Census: Your State by zaragoza(m): 10:55am On Jan 03, 2009 |
Person don talk am b4 on this thread, most people especially in the east travelled to thier various villages for xmas celebrations. I think there would be a dramatic change in the census figures this coming week as more people would be returning 4rm thier villages. But still i dont think they would be more than lagos not because lagosians are more enlightened or have more access to internet but solely because of population. I've been off and on lagos, i dont think they visit cafes more than people in owerri 4 instance. You can hardly find a cafe empty in owerri, people literally sleep there. In terms affordability, there are still places where u can browse 4 N100 - N120 for 70mins in owerri. Infact there are better cafes in owerri which are more inviting than d types u find in lagos 4real i'm not exaggerating. Lagos is simply ahead and would always remain ahead solely because of population and not because of enlightenment. They are not more enlightened than people in the south-east and south-south. |

well, let's just wait and see, most people haven't voted yet. Am really surprised that Ogun, Calabar, Oyo are lacking behind! Na wa o. Lagos still leads! |

Re: Nairaland Census: Your State by Muza(m): 1:03pm On Jan 03, 2009 |
I don't know which state to vote cos, right now i'm posting from Kano. Over the past 2 weeks i've been btw kaduna, katsina and zaria. I'm in Kano now but this evening i'll be in Zaria, sunday i'll be in Kaduna. Then monday i'll be back to work in Abj. Well i mostly post from Kaduna and Abuja. But i think i'll choose Kaduna cos thats my main base. |
Re: Nairaland Census: Your State by otokx(m): 1:47pm On Jan 03, 2009 |

Re: Nairaland Census: Your State by Jarus(m): 4:21pm On Jan 03, 2009 |
Muza:Choose where you post most. I have posted from Sokoto(during service), Kwara(during Sallah, holiday etc), Kaduna(when on official assignment) but I chose Lagos because that's my base and that's where I post most. That simple. Still expecting the Sokoto and Kwara posters to surface pls. |
