(SPDC) has been supporting scholarships for

their education in courses that are relevant

How will a scholarship body be demanding for a fee for scholarship application?
I also suspect that... missuniverse is the same with missangela and even missosaragwu. Same person with different moniker... hmmm, I smell foul play here.
