Logistics Materials Coordinator Description
Thefourmainobjectivesare:

The key objective of job holder will be to
provide technical support to the Clients SPS
Base Company Rep in order to ensure:
• Availability of Subsea Equipment and
Spares for operations & maintenance
activities.
• Proper spares management
implementation by Contractor (best storage
practices,proper segregation and
arrangement,good quality inventory,robust
obsolescence management,good control/
tracking of use& fore casts etc.)
• Efficient procurement process of spares &
materials
• Efficient dispatch/receipt of equipment &
materials by COMPANY or CONTRACTOR at
operational base.
• Oversee CONTRACTOR utilisation of safe&
proper lifting& handling practices in relation
to movement, dispatch or receipt of
COMPANY equipment.
• Intermittent support with QA/QC activities
available when required
