This is only what we can do;

1.-Need 2 million bbl x month x 12 months
2.- CIF ROTTERDAM
3.- Seller issues a 2% PERFORMANCE BOND
4.- Buyer issues an IRDLC or DLC to activate the PB and the deal .
5.- We are the end buyers , we can only accept $ 10 usd x bbl NET DISCOUNT (i.e $12 gross less $2 for seller's agents/facilitators = $10 net for the buyer).

*After the first successful delivery , the seller can cancel the PB .

* Please Note: Point 5 of Buyers request - We are the end buyers, we need $ 10 usd x bbl NET DISCOUNT

Therefore this is the price that should reflect in the SPA:
Price is gross $12, net to buyer is $10 and $2 to seller's agents and
facilitators.
