I watched copy. Sagir Koli's interview on YouTube earlier today. My conclusion is the entire security forces have been compromised and don't expect elections in 2015. It us either the current INEC chair does not oversee the election, if it will hold at all or for some quarters to create constitutional crises which will lead to an interim national govt.
