The Nig govt is currently holding a 3day meeting with all commanders of army formations on plans to rig the rescheduled general elections, the main opposition party,the APC has said. Speaking at a press conference Monday in abuja,the apc chairman,john oyegun,said the meetings are currently going on in Kaduna. Before the apc press conference,a military insider had written as follows to PREMIUM TIMES:The presidency has forwarded a secret memo to all commanders of divisions,battalions of the Nigerian Army for a three day strategic meeting in Kaduna from Monday."How to use military to intimidate voters in APC States to rig elections in favor of GEJ". But the military denied any such meeting. Though its difficult to bliv,but the antecedents of this govt in Ekiti state,proven beyond doubt now and the mischievous way it blackmailed INEC to shift these elections, proves it can go to any length,its ready to abuse and compromise all our revelled institutions, just to have its way. Brugo:The implication of what this portends is something that shd not even be contemplated. There is already strong suspicion that the shift was to serve this kind of purpose. If this is confirmed then this nation is in for a turmoil. |

Is unfortunate that Jonathan has lost all sense of dignity for the pursuit of power.
