I agree that if his impartiality has been compromised he should be fired and probed. Since the government has failed to do this we can reasonably conclude that they were looking for a scapegoat to blame for their impending defeat at the polls. bokohalal: You really need to get yourself acquainted with the relevant law guiding the appointment and removal of INEC chairman. Once appointed and confirmed by the senate, the chairman can't be removed by the president except acting on an address by two third of the senate. 1 Like |
