After the news of Election postponement, the National Association of Nigerian Boyfriends (NANBs) held a meeting concerning Vals day celebration and concluded with the following, That:
1. Any girl that wish to go out with her guy on vals day must present her PVC as proof that she wasnt part of those that connived with INEC to postpone our much awaited Feb 14th Presidential Election
2. Any girl without PVC but wish to also go out must promise not to form witch-craft, Possessed, Fish, Snake, Mammy-Water ETC after receiving gifts, eating Berbeque, Suya, Pepper soup and taking lot of drinks
3. Our boys should be decent and must not fight with another guy if he catches his girl with him in public function
4. INEC should facilitate the distribution of PVCs to our girls before 14th of Feb.
